The hotel is proud to offer a total of 11 conference rooms, including 4 syndicate rooms, offering a variety of sizes and layouts to meet your requirements. All of our meeting rooms have the benefit of WIFI BT Openzone internet access.

Forestdale Suite
This large pillar-free Suite accommodates up to 400 delegates in a theatre-style layout. It also offers direct loading access to our free car park - with space for over 160 cards – making it an ideal venue for exhibitions.

Wessex Suite
The purpose-built Wessex Suite is a new self-contained training facility for up to 120 delegates. With natural daylight and air-conditioning, the Wessex Suite also has the advantage of its own syndicate rooms – Wessex A and Wessex B – which are ideal for breakout sessions for up to 20 delegates in each.

Harrogate Room
On the first floor, the Harrogate Room offers a light and airy conference room for up to 70 delegates. Ideal for both classroom–style meetings and training courses, the Harrogate Room has natural daylight and is well-equipped for the needs of today’s conference organiser.

Purbeck Suite
Located on the ground floor adjacent to Reception, the Purbeck Suite is ideal for meetings and seminars for up to 50 delegates in a theatre-style layout or up to 30 in a U-shape.

Bourne A, B & C
These three training suites are located within easy reach of each other, and offer the facilities of a plenary room for up to 120 delegates plus two smaller syndicate rooms for up to 8 and 12 delegates respectively.
