Your Perfect Day at the Wessex Hotel
We know that your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. The Wessex Hotel is highly reputed for its professional, friendly service and excellent facilities, and when you decide to leave your wedding arrangements in our care we will ensure that your special day is a happy and memorable one.
We offer three suites, all beautifully decorated and of varying size to accommodate your special event, whether it is for 20 or 200 guests.
Our Simply Perfect Package is an inclusive package for 40 people for the Wedding breakfast and 60 people for the evening reception, and includes
- Bucks Fizz Drinks Reception on arrival
- Three course Wedding Breakfast with a glass of wine
- Glass of Sparkling Wine for the toast
- Evening Reception Room Hire with private bar facilities
- Evening Finger Buffet

The Venue
The
Forestdale Suite
The Forestdale Suite is the largest of our suites and has direct access from our spacious lounge. With its own dance floor and private bar it also makes an ideal venue for your evening celebration.
The Bryanston Suite
Situated at the front of the hotel, the Bryanston Suite is a light and attractive room overlooking the rockery and lawn, to which there is direct access for photographs of your special day.
The Purbeck Suite
Our Purbeck Suite is situated on the ground floor close to reception and offers an intimate setting for both civil ceremonies and smaller wedding breakfasts.
Civil Ceremony Room hire is £200 and will include a long and low floral arrangement for the Registrar’s table and a pedestal arrangement.
